Contract Terms and pointers

Get it in writing

After you have made a selection, we will write a contract which will include all the music realted details. The contract will specify the DJ and / or  how many musicians are included, their exact technical requirements, how they will be dressed, what time they will arrive, exactly what hours they will play, and the number and duration of breaks.   Included in the details will be information taken directly from our personal meeting with you and your reception Questionnaire or event planner.  We will include a format of the musical program you have chosen, any announcements you want made, your first dance etc. 
All of your music related details will be coordinated by us and we will provide your banquet manager or catering director with a copy of the order of events.
